Mr. Richard Shentu, Chinese nationality, without right of residence outside China, born in 1968, possesses a doctoral degree. He previously served as the Executive Vice President of the SGS Group, responsible for global Consumer & Retail Service Group; he also served as President of SGS-CSTC in China, and Vice President of SGS global Consumer & Retail Service and Industrial Service Groups. He once served as the Chairman of the Board in Bluesign Technologies Ag., a Swiss company. He was also the Board member of SGS-CSTC. He joined NG28 in June 2018 and served as the Company's Director and CEO.
