The Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China(CNCA) issued announcement on the decision of implement mandatory product certification for part of the toys(the 198^th announcement of  2005), and ruled since June 1, 2007, all toys included in the mandatory product certification catalog  must not leave the factory,  sell, import or use in other business activities, if not have mandatory product certification certificate and not add CCC mark on product. Since March 1, 2006, the principal may put forward to the designated certification body for product certification. NG28 granted designated laboratory qualification in 2015 and 2017, and granted as designation as  CCC certification body in April 2020 (the 9^th announcement of  2020) for toy products, As the first non-governmental private third-party certification body for China's toy CCC certification, can provide the Chinese toy market access, CCC certification one-stop services.

A1: According to the latest release the 82th item of mandatory product certification catalog description and define tables by The Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China(CNCA)(2020 revision) (the 18^th announcement attachments of  2020,State Administration of market supervision and administration of the people's Republic of China), all toys including electric toys, plastic toys, metal toys, riding toys four types of toys in the mandatory product certification catalog need for CCC certificate. Due to the diversification of toy products, some gray area products has always been controversial, so for the specific toy products judge whether need for CCC certification, it should to offer the details information of the product (such as product name, model, suitable age, main material, the way of playing, product pictures and label and so on).
