? Service Content

Routine test items

Visual testing	A non-destructive testing method that directly or indirectly observes and measures the surface of a product by visual inspection or by means of auxiliary tools.
Ultrasonic testing	A non-destructive testing method is used to inspect the internal defects of materials by the reflection of ultrasonic wave and the energy change of penetration time due to the difference of acoustic properties of materials and their defects.
Penetrant testing	A non-destructive testing method for detecting surface defects of materials by capillary phenomenon.
Magnetic particle testing	A non-destructive testing method for detecting defects on or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials by accumulating magnetic particles in the magnetic leakage field near the defect.
Radiographic testing	It is a non-destructive testing method to detect defects in the tested object by using the different intensity attenuation of X-ray or gamma ray when penetrating each part of the tested object.
Eddy-current testing	It is a non-destructive testing technology that eddy current is induced by AC electromagnetic coil on the surface of metal components.
