Magnetic Particle Testing

Some crack-sensitive materials during service, under the influence of stress or corrosive media, may produce micro-cracks on the surface that are difficult to find with the naked eye, causing potential hazards to the product. For ferromagnetic materials, magnetic particle testing can be preferred to find micro-cracks to avoid further losses. NG28 has a variety of magnetization technologies, which can provide customers with fluorescent and non-fluorescent magnetic particle testing to meet their different testing require.
