How long does the test period take?
The normal period is 5-7 working days (except the time when the sample is in the test chamber). If you need urgent help, please contact our sales or customer service.
What is the test voltage and the test time for insulation resistance testing?
Test voltage of insulation resistance tester currently used by NG28 can be up to 1000V. PCB insulation resistance test usually use test voltage 10V, 100V or 500V according to relevant regulations. If there is no regulation, voltage loading time is generally 1 minute.
How many volts can the highest voltage of the withstand voltage test be?
Voltage resistance tester for electronic components, the maximum voltage is AC: 5.5kV/DC: 6 kv. For plate or sheet materials, the maximum voltage is 40kV.
After the moisture/reflow sensitivity classification testing of electronic components, the delamination is detected in packaging of components. Does the presence of delamination indicate that the components do not meet the requirement of MSL classification and the product should be judged as unqualified?
The presence of delamination does not necessarily indicate that the product is judged as unqualified. It should be judged by the standard requirement, the delamination location, area, etc. For example, the delamination with small area and location away from the solder joint, generally can be judged as qualified.
