Each kind of substance equal to or below 10 mg/kg where it is present in substances.

Tetra-, penta-, hexa-, heptaand decaBDE shall apply to the sum of the concentration of those substances up to 500 mg/kg where they are present in mixtures or articles, but electrical and electronic equipment within the scope of Directive 2011/65/EU shall be allowed.

Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid and its derivatives (PFOS)

The concentrations of PFOS equal to or below 10 mg/kg (0,001 % by weight) where it is present in substances or in mixtures.

The concentrations of PFOS in semi-finished products or articles, or parts thereof, if the concentration of PFOS is lower than 0.1% by weight calculated with reference to the mass of structurally or micro-structurally distinct parts that contain PFOS or, for textiles or other coated materials, if the amount of PFOS is lower than 1 μg/m² of the coated material.

Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and related substances

The concentrations of PFOA or any of its salts equal to or below 0,025 mg/kg where they are present in substances, mixtures or articles.

The concentrations of any individual PFOA-related compound or a combination of PFOA-related compounds equal to or below 1 mg/kg where they are present in substances, mixtures or articles.

Short chain chlorinated paraffin (SCCP)

Use of substances or mixtures containing SCCPs

in concentrations lower than 1 % by weight or articles

containing SCCPs in concentrations lower than 0,15 % by

weight shall be allowed.

Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCDD)

The concentrations of hexabromocyclododecane equal to or below 100 mg/kg where it is present in substances, mixtures, articles or as constituents of the flame-retarded articles.

Pentachlorobenzene, Hexachlorobenzene, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), Polychlorinated naphthalene (PCNs), Hexabromobiphenyl, Hexachlorobutadiene

Chlordane, Endosulfan, Hexachlorocyclohexane (including lindane), Heptachlor, DDT, Aldrin, Dieldrin, Endrin, Toxaphene, Mirex, Chlordecone, Pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters, Dicofol

The concentrations of pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters equal to or below 5 mg/kg (0,0005 % by weight) where they are present in substances, mixtures or articles.

Other substances are Prohibited.
