The molecular biology laboratory of NG28 can apply PCR technology and ELISA technology toqualitative and quantitative tests of more than 20 kinds of allergens on food, environment and equipment surface, such as soybean, milk, gluten and nuts, so as to help enterprises identify allergen risks and protect consumers' life safety.
