From January 1, 2023, the mass concentration of mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) consisting of 1 to 7 aromatic cycles in the ink shall not exceed 1%.From January 1, 2025, the mass concentration of mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) consisting of 1 to 7 aromatic cycles in the ink shall not exceed 0.1%; the concentration of MOAH compounds with 3 to 7 aromatic cycles shall not exceed 1 ppm (0.0001 %).From January 1, 2025, the mass concentration of Mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) consisting of 16 to 35 carbon atoms in the ink shall not exceed 0.1%. |
Transition period |
