Regulation Updates for November:
1. Updating on NG28 August 2023 Newsletter: The India Authority TEC announced on September 27, 2023, extending the deadline for the products under MTCTE Phase III and IV to comply with requirements from October 1, 2023, to January 1, 2024.
2. The Botswana authority BOCRA issued an Exemption List BOCRA 1/1/7 II(13) on August 1, 2023.
3. The Saudi Arabia authority CST has allocated 5905–5925MHz for C-V2X applications.
4. The Bolivia authority ATT issued new regulation to obtaining certificates which is effective October 24, 2023. The main changes affect certificate renewals, modification and updates.
