? Service Background

When 10%-60% of the goods have been produced and the rest are in production, NG28 inspectors will conduct random spot inspections on the semi-finished and finished products on the production line. At this stage, we assist the factory to check orders, product/packaging information, and follow-up investigations on the production line. Find problems caused by people, machines, methods, and the environment, and assist suppliers in improving them. The sampling method is carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001, and also in compliance with the customer's AQL sampling requirements.

? Service Content

Normally, it is carried out when 10-15% of goods are completed. NG28 inspects the production batch and those products in the line for possible defects. We provide on-site testing for raw materials and samples (XRF scan) on Request.

NG28 identifies deviations, if any, and offers advice on the corrective measures that are necessary to ensure a uniform batch of product with good quality. NG28 will also re-check defects discovered in pre-production inspection and confirm if they have been rectified.
