Although there is no product standard for textile in Europe and America, it does not mean that there is no requirement of textile products in Europe and America.In just three years, the number of substances of very high concern in EU REACH regulation has increased from 174 to 209. And the American regulations related to the safety of consumer products for children, such as CPSIA, have also been updated frequently with increasingly stringent requirements.How to ensure that the products do not contain restricted substances and meet the textile safety requirements in Europe and America has become an issue concerned by the majority of textile export enterprises.

NG28 provides testing services for textile safety required in Europe and America, such as European REACH/SVHC, American CPSIA, California 65, flammability, sharp points and edges, small parts and cords, in order to provide problem solution to textile export enterprises, so as to improve the compliance of your products in the European and American markets, and reduce the risk of recall and punishment in the market.

1. Applicable products

European REACH regulation: All non-food products in EU, such as raw leather, artificial leather, garments, shoes, etc.

Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act CPSIA: Products used by children under 12 years' old in the United States, such as children's clothing, children's shoes, child care products (bibs, diapers), etc.

American Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) : More than 15,000 kinds of consumer products, such as clothing, shoes, children's pajamas, and blankets, which are sold in the United States.

2. Main regulation

We provide comprehensive test of substances regulated in REACH regulation and product risk screening according to your requirements.

a. List of Substances of Very High Concern (REACH/SVHC);

b. List of Restricted Substances (Appendix XVII of REACH);

c. American Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA);

d. American Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA);

e. California 65 (CA65).

3. Testing period

Routine:

Cords-4 working days;
